Update: 17 Aug, 2015 @ 5:06pm

- a revamp of the street map, many obsolete and useless streets were removed (again)
- some corner streets were either removed or turned into proper curved streets
- many breaks in streets were removed, that should improve the traffic flow a bit
- some mountain/hill layouts were improved

- the revamp was also used to finally create a map with the EU buildings

Update: 30 Jan, 2014 @ 6:10am

- finally I managed to increase the river size, so in theory it should now be possible to use watertaxis as well, though this might take a lot of effort (rather waypoints) to get them through the river, as the path finding in CiM2 is unfortunately not very sophisticated
- i deleted more useless roads
- adjusted a few towns that were too close to the river (moving them a bit further back, replacing houses that I had to delete to increase the river size)
- I removed some of the city roads that were too close to the river, as the developers unfortunately still haven't fixed houses being build on the river. However with the river being much wider now, this also should help avoiding that issue
- I also decreased the car traffic back to 50. The original thought to put it on 75 was the fact, that many families in the area have more than just one car and cars are an absolute must to get anywhere. However I didn't realise how much more traffic that was producing and even roads with 8 lanes were packed with traffic jams through half of the map (one reason might be a poor pathfinding AI, ie. on crossings etc.)

I will also upload a couple of new screenshots, including one in which I developed the many towns and villages into one big city, for everyone who doubts that this map makes any sense ;)
(yes, it means you have to build a lot of roads yourself and invest a lot of time, but it is possible)

No idea if the upload worked or not, my CiM2 interface is constantly saying "publishing file" for about 20min already...

- as with my other maps I've redone the whole forest by deleting everything and starting from scratch, to increase performance with the map.
- I worked a bit more on the hills/mountains...
- ...and as a result also some really strange roads make more sense...
- ...and other roads that still looked useless (as useful they might be in the real world) were deleted.

- fixed a couple of roads
- increased the private car factor to 75

I've redone the whole map.

- Houses have been re-generated (as I had the map editor bug, I had to go back to a backup that didn't have houses generated yet)
- Made the trees look nicer
- Added loads of new mountains and hills, some of them barely visible until you would like to build a road
- Deleted all obviously useless roads that either went to the edge of the map or were sort of mini-roads that in real life would lead to a farm (and therefore wouldn't be really considered city roads)
- As a result of the road deletion, some other roads have instead been connected to make more sense and be more of use.

v.1.0.1
- some street bugfixing (sharp curves could not be used by buslines)
- extended some streets (too many streets ending in nirvana)
- connected some streets through the mountains with tunnels
- some river fixing here and there
