Fixed Graphical Display for Tinkered Cards not persisting between floors.

Changed Warm Up upgrade. No longer gives 2 Stasis. No longer a dead card.

Quality of Life Improvement/Nerf: In order to let cogs play faster, Spur Cogs now damage random enemies.

Unlimited Cogworks now PLAYS all cogs in your hand before exhausting them when it triggers.

Defective Parts now has a chance to create upgraded cards. Upgrade damage also buffed.

Rev Up no longer upgrades to be innate. Now it upgrades to give you a one time bit of block.

Fixed a Bug where Occam's Razor was set as be innate.
