FIXES:

- Rogue Servitors can no longer clone pops.
- Compatible with legendary worlds.

BALANCE:

- Shapeshifting can only be taken by Hive Minds (before you yell at me...every ethic will be getting their own AP once I get to it)
- Genome mapping is now required instead of Xenobiology for the Shapeshifting AP
- Clone Vats now give +1 assembly rate instead of the +33% growth speed.
- Shapeshifting trait now gives +25% XP rate and +20% pop resources output. The target empire will have a -20 opinion modifier towards you if you shapeshift into them.

ASCENSION PERKS:

- Shapeshifting = You may Shapeshift into a different species for a period of 20 Years and then revert back to your original species. Shapeshifted species gain the "Shapeshifted" Trait.

EDICTS:

- Shapeshift = Lets you shapeshift into a neighboring species. Cost 200 Influence and 20 years duration.

TRAITS:

- Shapeshifter = +10 Leader Lifespam, +25% Leader XP Gain, +5% Pop Resource Production.

BALANCE:

- Cloning now gives +20% Pop Assembly Rate instead of +10% Growth Rate.

FIXES:

- Moved Engineering Firm to Robotic Workers Technology.
- Moved Assembly Policy to Frontier Health Technology.
