Update: 6 Aug, 2013 @ 8:43pm

Hotfix (ver. 0.5275): I discovered that Mrs. Zhou did not have a conversation bubble in the Falcon Express Offices. This was preventing the preferred, story-related outcome to the Falcon Express mission. I enabled her conversation. Please try this area again when you get the chance. She is a companion NPC. (sidenote: ugh, bugs like this where things were working perfectly during Early Access and broke upon release/patches really tick me off)

Update: 6 Aug, 2013 @ 7:43pm

New update (ver. 0.527): 1) Rebalanced combat encounters in the starting area (bus station); 2) Reduced number of interactable NPCs but increased depth and writing quality of numerous branching conversations; 3) Added a few stores; 4) Added a couple minor NPCs; 5) Fixed bugs relating to AI either not attacking or taking meaningless Neutral turns.

Please let me know if this new starting scene is on the right track and I'll continue improving other scenes in like fashion. Thanks for playing!

Update: 5 Aug, 2013 @ 7:07pm

New version 0.526 (Major Improvements to Starting Scene): 1) Added/Bug Fixed Secondary Quest lines for all bus toilet quests (Way of the Pimp, Encrypted Credstick, SF Fan); 2) Fixed/Enabled extra content for Scene 1 - Redmond Bus Station; 3) Removed Send New Mail/Hire Random Runners from all computers/terminals - please use the 16 companion NPCs I provided you instead. More to come!

Update: 4 Aug, 2013 @ 8:20pm

New release: Main Quest Bug Fixes Galore!

You have Primary Waypoints leading you through the bus hijacking and to your cousin's apartment. All of these initial primary encounters have been bug fixed and rebalanced. You can talk to the bus driver and complete the quest. David Fratis uses his shotgun in the Mafia fight. And as a plus, Cyberpunk Mikey and the Lone Star guys in the starting area won't run around aimlessly anymore.

Update: 4 Aug, 2013 @ 3:37pm

So, new version out guys. You can't get into combat in Finnegan's Wake anymore, so the game will not freeze there. I did a lot of work on the Touristville region accessible via the lower right of the starting map (below the Halloweeners' bikes). This area has a murder mystery for you to solve. Start the quest line by speaking with the purple haired Ork Elliot Tanner. I included waypoints for this one and am trying to make the world more reactive to your decisions. If you like the style of the new Touristville area, please let me know and I will go back through the other maps as time permits and make them play more like Touristville.

Update: 4 Aug, 2013 @ 12:22am

Added another encounter (Malak the Merciful and friends) to Touristville.

Update: 3 Aug, 2013 @ 11:20pm

New version 0.522 includes several new encounters in the Touristville area. You can reach the Touristville map from the lower right of the starting area. Please let me know if you have suggestions for the Bytehead Barry and Urtan the Bold NPCs/encounters.

No word back from HBS yet on the Finnegan's Wake lock up issue. For now, please avoid the Private Bar area where Opifer hangs out. You can still get runs from the Johnson.

Update: 3 Aug, 2013 @ 8:56pm

Okay, I just couldn't keep myself from continuing the editing and bug fixing process. This version has one very significant change. You can recruit Lady Z in the Flophouse and kill the Halloweeners without losing her from your party upon leaving the area. Enjoy using the Lady Z companion!

Update: 3 Aug, 2013 @ 11:01am

Ok, new ver. 0.52 released. Major overall of Finnegan's Wake Bar. Hella Thai allows you to exit properly. Lady Z should be a recruitable companion who transfers between scenes. Caryards has a working gate (no teleport - it's a door).
