Update:
General
- Replaced all charge bonus add buffs with charge bonus add %. This was done to counter the Cavalry bug.
It will cap infantry charge bonus
- Buffed Perceptive Trait
- Units are less likely to be sent flying back when charged by cavalry (thanks Atomic Paladin)

Tomb Kings
- Increased unit cap for Arkhan the Black's VC units

Dark Elves
- Buffed Malicious and Cruel traits

Empire
- Removed Giving Halberdiers expert charge defense in the tech as they already have it
- Adjusted Volkmar's faction & innate trait, to give WPS to flagellants
- Adjusted Karl's faction trait to give extra bonus vs large for Reiksguard units

Bretonnia
- Fixed some bugs for tech tree effects
- They now have the same growth bonus as the Empire
- Adjusted red skill tree buffs for infantry
- Buffed the bailiff skill, to match other endline blue tree skills
- Lordly conquerer skill, now increases post-battle loot
- Reduced the cost and requirements for siege workshops

Skaven
- Reworked red skill line buffs for Skaven infantry

General
- Minor skill buff adjustments (to address changes by CA)
- Reduced the buff/nerfs associated with passive abilities

Norsca
- Reduced requirements and cost of werewolf recruitment, smithy, and offerings buildings

Empire
- Gave Karl innate 100% reinforcement range

Dwarfs
- Reduced recruitment time for copters
- Greatly increased the untainted effect for the Great Slayer Shrine

-made 1st pass at balancing new buffs/nerfs added by CA in the latest patch
-reduced the campaign size of griffon mounts

Beastmen
- Balanced new units for this mod
- Reduced mass/armor of Bestigors, due to their high speed
- Updated units to ignore trees
- Changed "Fury of the Horde" to give armor/WPS instead of leadership/MD
- Malagor now leads a harem of harpies
- Added ROR greataxe minotaur bodyguards for Taurox
- Added greataxe minotaur bodyguards for Doombulls
- Added Bestigor (shields) bodyguard for wargors
- razorgor chariot replaced with minotaurs with shields
- tuskgor chariot replaced with Bestigor with Halberds
- BeastLord/Kazark default guard is now Bestigor with Great Axe

Lizardmen
- Balanced new units for this mod
- Added Chameleon stalker sniper bodyguards for Oxyotl
- Added support for Oxytotl's special rounds
- Reduced bonuses for target armies, if you fail to get them as Oxyotl. Some were way too OP for this mod.
- Reduced recruitment requirements for Carnosaur/Troglodon by 1 level
- Reduced leadership bonus to units in the Red-Skill tree line
- "Proud Warrior" remove armour bonus, replaced w/ MD
- Increased bonus vs infantry for all kroxigors

Dwarfs
- Added runelord bodyguards for Thorek
- Added hammerer bodyguards for the new ghost thane
- Added support for rune artillery rounds
- Added campaign movement and upkeep reduction effect to "enquiring mind"
- Greatly increased the untainted effect of slayer buildings
- Adjusted Lord Red-skill tree line for Dwarf infantry (miners, warriors, longbeards, slayers, ironbreakers, hammerers) to give +3 MA, +3 MD, +12 WPS, +12 Armour, and +5 physical resist, instead of the old effects.

Empire
- Reduced Karl Franz's Leadership bonus for his army, added whole army WPS buff
- Changed up Arch Lector's War Eternal skill, to not buff empire knights as they are balanced differently in this mod.

Dark Elves
- Rakarth now has frenzy to match other lords
- reduced ap damage for dark conduit
- Greatly increased the recharge time for black ark abilities, increased number of uses to 5

Greenskins
- Reduced leadership of all orc units by -5

Wood Elves
- Changed Bladesinger's rank depth and adjusted their special ability (to +50% WPS and -6 MD)
- Added an additional 5% physical resist to wardancers and bladesingers
- Increased AP ratio for waywatcher arrows (this also affects glade lords/captains and waystalkers)
- Reduced recruitment time for sisters of the thorn

Dark Elves
- added support for Rarkarth
- Guards are: Black Guards (on foot), and Cold One Knights (replacement for chariot)
- Had to remove suppressing ammo upgrade for now
- Balanced new effects added with his patch

General
Wood Elves
- Reduced recruitment time of bladesingers, adjusted their armour/physical resist to match wardancers
- Fixed certain missile units from being recruitable
- Glade lords/captains now have 360 shooting expect on a great stag, eagle, and dragons
- Buffed Sisters of Twilight's projectiles & increased health on the dragon mount
- Reduced the settlement requirements for cavalry military recruitment
- Fixed Orion's projectile weapon upgrade from being a downgrade

Chaos
- Reduced Arachon's faction WPS increase per rank from 3% to 1%

Wood Elves
- Added bodyguards for Glade Lords on Great Stags, Glade Captains, and Drycha (ROR Dryands)
- Reduced mass, Increased speed of Dryands

Skaven
- Added bodyguards for Skaven Chieftan (Stormvermin with halberds (default) and plague monks with censor bearers (alternate)), Throt, and Packmasters.
- Mutant Rat Ogres and Brood Horrors come in 4s

High Elves
- Gave all Teclis' bodyguards "attuned to magic"

Norsca
- Updated Fimir Balefiends with 8 total entities

Dark Elves
- Buffed the "vicious" character starting trait

Tomb Kings
- Added a bit more variation with Character bodyguards

- Reduced CA's vampire count ai buff added from W&P patch
- Removed Empire eco buff introduced to counter the above
- Removed Sword of Khaine entity effects as it was affecting every model
- Loose formation Infantry units now have a tighter formation

Greenskins
- Reduced guard size of Wurzzag to 80/40 (foot/mounted)
- Fixed Wurzzag's mount sounds

Dark Elves
- Increased ammo for shades from 15 to 30
- Standard of Murder now gives 20% speed from 6%
- Buffed the "malevolent" character starting trait, added a MA increase

Lizardmen
- Fixed Mazda Monday having the incorrect melee weapon

Tomb Kings
- Buffed Skeleton warriors/spearmen/horsemen from T1 to T2, reduced unit size from 160 to 120
- Bone giants now come in 4s
- Increased Accuracy for Bone giants and bow ushabti
- Non-ROR Bow Ushabti now have increased range
- Nekakara vortex spell no longer causes friendly fire.
- Necrotec's restore ability is now unlimited
- Hierotitan now has unlimited spirit leech and increased health from 18k to 20k
- Reduced Cost and tier requirements of cavalry recruitment buildings

- Fixed tiny hippogryphs on campaign maps
- Ranger's standard now gives 20% speed bonus to match other banners

Greenskins
- Removed Grimgore's health bonus

Skaven
- Changed Doom-flayer mount to stormvermin (shields) guard for ikit and warlock masters
- Laboratory ROR units are now capped at 2 units (expect doomwheel)
- Removed additional building requirements for stormvermin and death runners
- Queek's Crimson Guard skill now provides armour bonuses to stormvermin at level 2 (faction wide)
- Increased Armour of Stormvermin to 80 from 70
- Special clan starter buildings now increase recruitment slots

High Elves
- Changed Handmaiden's foot guard to sisters w/ swords. The spear animation did not look good.
- Replaced Alastar's white lion chariot with ROR white lions of chrace with halberds.
- Replaced Teclis' Arcane Phenoix mount with a phoenix guard guard
- Rearranged Lolthren Sea Guards to ports only, the shielded version has been moved level 2 barracks
- Toned down Imrik's character skill buffs

Greenskins
- Reduced Grimgor's AP ratio to match other lords, CA's buffs + mine made him extremely OP lol
- Reduced leadership of all orc units by 5
- Reduced buffs from waaagh!
- Increased the radius of smash em faster to match my changes to other "rally" abilities
