[SP/COOP 12] Slay's Ravage Chernarus (Autumn)

*Added the ability for the host to place a base marker to save under the 0 0 menu, everything within the boundaries displayed in orange on the map can be saved,
this applies to player placed objects, storage containers, vehicles both found and placed with an exception for AI and NPCs to avoid lag
*Refined the vehicle pushing ability in the vehicle tab, now won't close and can be pressed as many times as you need
*Added a save option for non-local players to save under the 0 0 menu, be sure to use this before exiting, ravage saving is disabled to avoid dupes
*Now uses vanilla weapons but retains CUP clothes in the loot table
*Now has Random Missions with Random Objectives
*Now has Static Traders
*Now has Range based payout for Zed and AI kills to complement the trader script
*Now rain is the only threat of radiation, no more random pockets or water
*Now has a new Easter Egg in the action menus (smoke grass feature, adds aiming buff, decreases sway and spread)
*Now has Ear Plugs added back in
*Added Controls tab to the map to explain various button actions under the map menu
*Refined the Credits tab under the map menu
*Added Air Vehicles to airport(s)
*Now has Magazine combining script (Left Alt + R to combine magazines)
*Made Crash Site loot boxes the same as Air Drop loot boxes
*Added the ability for Recon Drones to mark enemies within a 550 meter range
*Added a green circle to the Medical Drone to show the range at which a player can be revived
*Changed the enemies that are in the missions to Antifa Terrorists by swapping their flag
*Added 2 new songs to the "Play Tunes" playlist on the phone
*Shortened songs on the "Slav Tunes" playlist on the phone to save file size
*Now the audio files can be downloaded in a stand alone mod since they aren't updated nearly as often as the scripts, and this makes sending the large mission file easier, since its now only 18mb as opposed to 130mb.
*Fixed non-host / non-local players not being able to take money from corpses
*Fixed non-host / non-local players having "private currency" which solved a number of other issues with the currency system such as sharing and purchasing items.
*Added the option to choose between loot systems in parameters, one uses all mods loaded and one uses the normal "vanilla" system that was already in the game, this can be changed via parameters.
*Made the zed loot less appealing so you couldn't farm them AS EASILY as before for food, they still have food, but hunting is meant to be the main source of food gathering now.

Fixed many issues
This is a WIP, this was updated to just debloat the size of the missions and to update the scripts to the current versions, there's many issues still to be fixed and they will be later, but going forward, updates won't be as painful since the filesize is smaller.
