So uuuuuh

I almost lost the master file for this mod after the external drive I kept it on kicked the bucket. Thankfully I'd sent it to someone else recently so I was able to recover it lol.

Balance
Static Flail
  • Changed uses from 100 to 200.
  • Changed damage from 28(42 after electric buff) to 30(45 after electric buff).
I'd wanted to make sure I hadn't created Overpowered Mod Weapon No. 63, but I think I accidentally overcorrected and ended up undertuning the Static Flail. Hopefully it feels better to use now.
