The spawn of rats from destroyed sewers is a little bit refactored: it depends on palace count and a rats have a bit more exp a variety.

laggy "massive rat invasions" removed
Rat King is now more powerful and gives more experience every time when sewer is destroyed

Each destroyed sewer increases the number of Ratman, Ratman-Champions, Ratman-shamans, which spawns after the destruction of the sewer.
After 5 destructions sewer will spawn Rhoden King Rat.
