Nothing changed, just updated to remove out of date flag. Default lords still work as expected, still need to test the support for the other mods.

- increased unlock level of Gifted Beginnings, Servants of Manann and Irrepressible Spirit to 7, matching the earliest it would be possible to unlock them in the unmodded skill tree
- Gifted Beginnings now also enables recruitment of damsels in the province Fay Enchantress is present
- Same effect added to Servants of Manann (Alberic) and Exemplary Conduct (Louen) but for paladins instead
- Added support to Bretonnian lords included in Mixu's Legendary Lords
- Added support to Bretonnian lords included in The Dukes of Bretonnia
