- Added Corpo-Arc!
- Boosted Military Admin Jobs
- All Arc District updated to balance with 3.0.3 changes
- All Arcs now get 50% or spawning if you are a hive/machine empire
- Fortress Arc District Changed to Training Ground

- Added the new Fortress Arcology, the beating heart of your military, this is very much in Beta would love to hear feedback. Also in case, anyone is wondering, the lack of soldier's jobs is on purpose, I find in general districts with soldier jobs don't scale very well.
- Tweaking Bioforge, Floraforge and Machine Factory Districts and gave them all a special building that improves spawning/building of pops.
