Balancing:

  • Reworked the traders script in an attempt to make AI's trading with player stations more realistic.

    • The buy / sell ratio now directly affects if a trade ship will visit the station.

    • The station owners relation with the traders faction now directly affects if a trade ship will visit the station.

    • Prices are no longer altered based on the relation between the station owner and the traders faction (Player stations only). Setting the buy / sell ratio to 50% meant you were losing up to an additional 14% if they liked you. At 150% you were losing up to 34%.

    • Prices are no longer altered based on the the stock level (Player stations only). You likely already set it to 50% to sell it, you were losing up to another 5% if it was full. The Dynamic pricing feature now takes care of this for you.

    • Selling for high prices now reduces or even removes any rep you get from a sale. The trader may "need" the goods but he doesn't have to like you for being ripped off.

    • Fixed the amount of goods traders buy from stations to negate some of the low yield transactions. Will likely need adjusting again later.

New Features:

  • Added the ability to set a minimum stock percentage before dynamic pricing starts.

  • Added the ability to set a maximum stock percentage to allow dynamic pricing to reach cheapest price sooner.

New Features:

  • Added efficiency percentage statistic to let you know the station has got enough production capacity to operate.

  • Added required production capacity statistic to let you know if your stations needs more assemblies.

  • Added the ability to enable / disable regrow docks so you can build without having docks randomly appear.

  • New advanced configuration tab to allow more control and customisation of stations.

  • New dynamic pricing setting - Adjusts the price ratio depending on how full the station is on goods to sell.

  • Updates to the cost of station upgrades to improve the speed the upgrade will become profitable. Also fixes some stations paying you to perform the upgrade.
