Updated supported Avorion version

Removed the entity debug script from being added to an asteroid once it was sold.

Updated the max version requirement.

Changes:

• Changed the timing before a mine spawns.
  
• Implemented scaled update intervals to improve performance (Every little helps).
  
• Added a small scale up to try and counter low cargo space stations.

Initial release of the mod.
