Fixed logic error in assisted evac condition. This should finally let you evac otherwise alive enemy units who have been disabled.

Fixed semicolon misplacement in .ini (this can make values be wonky)

Extended range of phantom evac usability, should make it much more reliable to use when units are just outside of evac range..

Ability automatically hides itself if it's not available to use now.

Fixed error preventing Assisted Evac from properly recognizing units close enough to the evac zone.

Added condition check for units carrying a unit/a unit being carried to prevent erroneous evacuations of units that won't be handled properly.

Assisted Evac should now only appear once the evac zone is on the map, like the normal Evac ability.
