All new romantic conversation system. Three kinds of NPC interest implemented so far: factions, weapons, and food. NPCs will stop idle chatter if you take too much of their time but come back on another day for more talk. Conversation options will raise or lower NPCs opinion of you so get to know them over time to maybe eventually kiss?

Improving personal opinion system and gift system. The water ritual is no longer enough to just get to kiss people for free.
