New System
Processing Power
Machines will now consume 'processing power' resources, which is not physical one,
but made to represent processing power of Machine Intelligence.
Your empire will gain advantage or disadvantage depend on its monthly income of processing power.
You can check it at empire modifier.

You need to start new game to enable this system.

Building / Job
'Processor Technician' job, which turns 3 energies and 2 minerals into 5 processing powers.
'Processing Unit' buildings, which provide 'Processor Technician' jobs.

Technology
'Data Processing' techs, which unlock advanced 'Processing Unit' buildings.
'Processor Efficiency' techs, which increase job's processing power output.

Trait
'Sub Processor Equipped' trait, which reduce processing power consumption of drone pop by 20%.

Edict / Civic
'Processor Overclocking' edict, it will increase job's processing power output by 20% when activated.
'Central Processing Unit' civic, which add base produce of processing power by 20.

Modifier
Every empire that have 'Rogue Servitor' civic now gain 'Servitor Morale' empire modifier,
which can be changed by 'Organic Trophy' pop percentage.
'Identity Conflict' modifier is added to help player to deal with economic shock.

'Shroud Protocol' perk, which let you to access the shroud.

the Shroud
Modified for Machine Empire, some effect is changed and some event is edited or removed.
It's in beta testing now, so there could be a bug or issue, tell me if you encountered one.

'Psi Emitter' building, unlocked when select 'Shroud Protocol' perk, which allow access to the shroud.
