'Hybrid Robot Project' perk now can be selected by hive-mind empire if they have 'Evolutionary Mastery' perk.
'Hybrid Robot Project' perk requires 'Synthetic Age' perk to be selected if your empire has 'Synthetic Ascended' civic.

Opinion penalty of 'War Protocol: XT-489' and 'War Protocol: Total War' is increased from 20 to 30.
'War Protocol: Total War' now can be selected by the synthetic ascended empire.

'Quantity over Quality' civic, decreases ship cost and upkeep, but also lowers ship hull point, armor, and weapon damage.
'Quality over Quantity' civic, increases ship hull point, armor, and weapon damage, but also raises ship cost and upkeep.

Decision
'Production System Re-adjustment' decision, which remove every unemployed pops in the planet and gain minerals depend on number of pops removed.
It requires 'Planetary Systems' perk to unlock.

Job
'Clone Maker' job, for 'Hybrid Robot Project' ascension perk selected by the synthetic ascended empire, which increase pop's growth rate.
