Species modification cost reduction of 'Mixed Evolution' perk is decreased from 33% to 17%

'Hybrid Robot Project' perk now requires 'Synthetic Age' perk.
It also reduces species modification cost by 17%

Special project of 'Hybrid Robot Project' perk now unlocks building and job to increase pop's growth rate.
It also gives you one pop of hybrid species in every planets you own.
(type: event machinedlcfix.3 at console if you want to apply the changes in save file.)

Two 'Support Module' trait, which increases trait points and pop upkeep is added for organic-machine hybrid species.

'Hybrid Robot Project' Ascension Perk
This ascension perk grants new special project that gives you a 'Organic-Machine Hybrid' species, which can grow naturally without assemble drone, and can have some of both biological and mechanical traits. It also can use most of species portrait.

Trait
'Shared Memory' trait.
Every leader will have 3 skill level when hired, if the leader's species has this trait.

Now you will get a 'Commercial Zones' buildings when game starts.
Now 'Research Outsourcing' and 'Resource Importation' trade conversion policy show you how many resources are converted from trade value.

'Individual Mind' Ascension Perk
Changed
When the perk's special project is done, now the machine assembly plants in your every plants will be turned into robot assembly plants.

The ethic changing event will now appear after 5 days when the special project is done.
The special project now gives you technologies to build consumer goods factory.

Added
When the special project is done, now your empire will get temporally empire modifier,
which decreases pop's demand for amenity, consumer goods, housing.

The demand will return to normal gradually, so prepare to fulfill your pops needs as fast as possible.
It is added to reduce impact of transformation into non-gestalt empire.

Districts
Fixed a bug when you completed 'Individual Mind' special project, planetary districts of 'Planetary Systems' perk are all changed into 'Metal Dismantle Site' district.

This is what I didn't care, sorry about this.
