Fixed an issue where I may have been uploading the vanilla version of this mod, instead of the Starnet AI version. Oops.

erudite_explorers: advanced_start_chance 500 -> 50
This honestly feels more like a bug then intended (for reference, most personalities only get 50, and devouring swarm, determined exterminators, etc get only 400)
