Balancing:
UA: Gold reduced to +1 from +2 so that it isnt as powerful especially with the rest of the bonus from that being strong enough. Trade route strength bonus has been changed to affect units within 2 tiles of a trade route and not just on a trade route, this will mean it will actually have an affect on the game cause it is quite rare to be standing on a trade route while fighting in a war.

UB: Extra trade route removed cause that was pretty OP.

Technical:
UB: Prerequesite building wasnt coded in, that is now fixed.

Thanks so very much to Jarcast as he transformed the XML code in SQL as well as provided mod support for JFDLC, YnAEMP, Map Labels, Ethnic Units, Civ IV Traits, Unique Cultural Influence. I can not thank him enough for this and all the other help he has provided for this mod.
