Fixes a glitch that could cause the graveyard fight to end prematurely in some cases. Fix the second summoning point in the cemetery so it can be activated at a distance.

Fixed a rare AI bug on the dock fight that could make the scene unbeatable.

Bugfixes:
* Fixed a broken etiquette check when turning in paydata.
* Locked door is now immediately unlocked after your credentials are accepted.
* Can now move back and forth between nodes in the second matrix map.

Speculative fixes:
* Made some minor changes to the murder cut-scene to try and resolve a freezing issue.
* Restructured some matrix node maps to see if line-of-sight affects the unlocking of nodes.
* Ordered black IC to aggressively pursue shadowrunners after the alarm is triggered.

Added proper equipment to a shaman summon point in the penultimate map. Fixed a mis-linked companion conversation right before the final battle.
