Typo corrections for Localization.

Expanded the Crossbow's tactical descriptions to be more in line with other weapons.

Changes to the Crossbow to be compatible with the Vektor Crossbow, however those who have already downloaded the mod and are using it in a game need to "reset" your Survivalist's inventories, this can be done by going into the loadout and pressing the Drop Item button.
