Stations: gatherers, research and observation now cost larvae, reduced minerals and 50 food
planet_farmers_food_produces_add from 3 to 2

job_larva_queen_per_pop = 0.02 (from 1 every 40 pops to 1 every 50)
added a policy to allow the brood focus their larvae production
