Hi.
- Code has been cleaned up a bit. Don't know what this will do to old saves.
- Removed the forced headtype and the puke-green skin tones. Saiyans should now have default human heads and skin tones. If you use head mods, they should get those instead too.
- Tails are unique to avoid compatibility issues down the line.
- Added a missing Royal tribute value, let me know if I haven't crashed the whole economy with this.
- This will get some graphic updates next time.
