add (HET) Proton Laser Turret.
add new icon for (HET) Proton Laser Turret.
add new apparence weapon for (HET) Proton Laser turret..
- This weapon have a good range, medium damage in hull and do more damage in shields.
- The damage of the (HET) Proton Laser scale with it's rarity and material types.
- All turrets will have red beams and red inner color.
- The Turret have no Colling so you can fire forever.
- You can't change the damage of this weapon, only range, when you build them.

- change the probabilitie and core distance for (HET) Flamethrower Turret to
(d = 0.55) and (p = 0.80)
(Sector - 275 to 0).

- recalculate damage of (HET) Bolters on low material and rarity turrets.
- change the size and amount of slots (HET) Bolters will use. Need to do these changes to make the weapon more fair.
- low levels of (HET) Bolters now do more damage, but high levels will do low, but still stronger enough.
- now the size and slots used by (HET) Bolter Turrets will follow this rules:

[] Turrets with size 0.5 will used 1 slot
[] Turrets with size 1.0 will used 2 slots
[] Turrets with size 1.5 will used 3 slots
[] Turrets with size 2.0 will used 4 slots

add (HET) Flamethrower Turret.
add new icon for (HET) Flamethrower Turret.
- This weapon will aways hit the hull with large damage.
- The (HET) Flamethrower Turret will aways penetrate shields.
- To counter this weapon you need to have Shield Reinforcer intalled on your ship.
- The (HET) Flamethrower do low damage in shields.
- All Legendary weapons will fire "Blue Fire" and will deal more damage on hull.
- add a new Weapon Appearance to (HET) Flamethrower Turret.

add new icon for (HET) Triad ChainGun
add new appearance for (HET) Triad ChainGun.
- This turret have same fire hate and range in all turrets.
- The rarity and material will change the Hull and Shield Damage Multiplicator.
- This turret have a chance to hit the target with more damage in hull or shield damage.
- This turret have Independent Targeting applied aways.
- The turret have a chance to add Ionized Projectiles.

- remove Specialty.HighDamage to (HET) Piercing Railgun. Makes turret OP.

- fix the problem when you find turrets with Independent Targeting very expensive.
- fix the problem when sometimes, HET Bolters in some ocasions have more fire rate and more shoots.
- fix the damage over power of HET Bolters in some cases.
- fix some erros with material.values of some turrets.

- Your feedback is very important to make this mod fun.

add HET Piercing RailGun Turret.
add new icon for HET Piercing RailGun Turret.
- HET Piercing RailGun Turret will aways have hull penetration and will be chaged by rarity of the turret.
- HET Piercing RailGun Turret have more damage multiplicator in shields and and hull in Exotic and Legendary rarities.
- HET Piercing RailGun Turret is a rare turret and expensive in better rarities.
- On drops, you will never find the Exotic and Legendary rarities of this turret.
- The rarity of the turret will change the beam and inner colors, the Recharge Time, Hull and Shild Damage Multiplicator.
- Hull and Shield Damage Multiplicator will be applied in high level only in Exotic and Legendary turets.
- HET Piercing RailGun Turrets are very powerfull, so it will use more slots.
- Better its rarity, more slots it will use.
- You can only find HET Piercing RailGun Turret inside the core.

add HET Homing Antifighter Turret.
add new icon for HET Homing AntiFighter Turret.
- This turret have a nice range and fast missiles.
- The damage of HET Homing AntiFighter Turret is changed by its rarity.
- The rarity of the turret will change the color of the missiles.
- The turret have a better explosion radius than the Vanilla.

add new informations about weapons in tooltip.
add colors to tooltip to make it with better visual.
add new icon for Seeker information in tooltip.
add new icon for Hull Penetration in tooltip.
add new icon for Independent Targeting in tooltip.
- If you add Seeker or Independent Targeting on a turret, the tooltip will show them.

add Independent Targeting on HET Turrets will not lower the damage.
- All HET Turrets will never lower the damage when you add Targeting System.

add new functions to HET Repair Turret that aways add hull and shield repair only in HET Turrets
- HET Repair and Force turrets don't have batery chage anymore. So you can fire forever.

add new "stoneDamageMultiplicator" functions for HET Mining Turret.
- Now Mining turret will have normal price, but do more damage to stones.
- The damage percentage to Stones is changed by rarity and material type.
- With new changes of "stoneDamageMultiplicator", HET Mining will have low range (200 to 400).
- You can build them with more range if you want.

add new probabilities to drop all turrets following the rarity value. More rare, more difficult do drop it.
- Vanilla Turrets have the same drop probabilities.
- HET Turrets have their own drop probabilities. They are more difficult to find.

add hull penetration to HET Bolter Turrets.
- Hull penetration will be applied only in Exeptional, Exotic and Legendary turrets.

- Created new probabilities for HET mining, HET Salvaging and HET Bolter turrets.
- HET Mining will have a chance to add "Slightly Higher Damage" and "High Hull Damage".
- HET Salvaging will have a chance to add "High Hull Damage"
- HET Bolter will have a chance to add "High Damage", "High Range" and "High Hull Damage".
- Fix some issues on HET Bolter turrets when dropped or researched the turrets.
- Now HET Bolters will aways follow the rule: 1 shot per second and no Overheats.
- Change some damage factor on HET Turrets.
- Now the turrets works fine.

- add new HET Weapon: HET Bolter
- add new Icon for HET Bolter
- HET Bolter have many differences in its cannon.
- For every 1s it will shoot one time and overheat.
- Have a large amount of multiplicator damage in hull.
- Near 100% accurace.
- The rarity and material changes the damage.
- The Rarity change the color of the shot.
- The Turret will aways use 1 slot and will have 0.5 of size.
- Better the Rarity and Material, better the multiplicator damage.
- The recoil of the turret is really low, so you can use many of them.
- Droped and builded Bolters will follow those rules.
- Research HET Bolters in Research Stations will give to you a little chance to reserch a weapon with large damage, rate of fire, continuous shoots but all those improvements will up the time of overheat on the weapon.
