Very minor update, ironically fixing a CA error - Tomb Kings' Liche Priest heroes could get the Treacherous trait, which added +5 MA/MD... using general_to_force_own scope. So they didn't actually do anything when embedded. Changed scope to character_to_force_own, which allows both lords and heroes with the trait to function correctly.

Also added a new potential background skill, "Deathtouched" to Tomb Kings for Arkhan's faction only, which gives bonuses to vampire units and Crypt Ghoul unit cap. Other TK factions SHOULDN'T ever get that trait, let me know if they do.

+Minor buffs to some TK research lords
+Beastmen get a new Beastlord-only innate, Skirmisher, buffing harpies, warhounds, and razorgor herds
+Chaos get 4 new innates, focusing on forsaken/spawn, marauders, chariots, and infantry respectively.
+Reduced Tactician's leadership bonuses to vanilla values
+Fiddled with some other generic lord bonuses along the way to making a finalized(ish) list of all bonuses.

No real changes this time around, just fixed text on a few effects - lahmian vampiress should be a little clearer on nuking ENEMY MA not hers, and blood dragon was actually using a vanilla effect with incorrect locs so I switched to a custom one.

Minor update to (hopefully?) finish off the legendary lords!

Alberic: reworked lord bonuses to better fit his new faction bonuses, finally found a nice looking way to deal with his KOTR effect

Imrik: Dragon Princes in army get +6 AP damage (not a great buff, but takes him up to 4 and maybe makes them a little better)

Kroq'gar: factionwide +2 dino/cav recruit rank

Gor-rok: lord bonus adds +15 armor for saurus

Hellebron: increased lord trait's damage boost from 10 to 15%

Markus: 50% raid/sack income faction effect

The Red Duke and all Bloodline lords now have unique, thematic traits; the Red Duke has a full on LL level set of bonuses towards cavalry, while the bloodline lords have nearly-LL-level bonuses based on their theme. The way I did it SHOULD not effect existing vampiric lords that are already recruited or in the pool, so if you already had a Disciplined Necrarch lord, they will remain Disciplined.

Snikch: faction 150 xp/turn for all, local 15 charge (eshin units)
Malekith: faction 20% damage (all) for rank 7+ units, local swap armor for ward save on black guard, local hydra/dragon breath +1 uses, -30% cd
Ghorst: faction 20->30% reseach speed, local corpse cart speed aura, helmeme's blight now -15 armor
Harkon: faction 20% ammo
Cylostra: faction 20 wom
Azhag: factionwide -1 build time
Kemmler: factionwide -15% wraith upkeep and 15% magic res. local wraith Perfect Vigor, cairn wraith +10 BvI
Mannfred: lord buffs to GG now include black knights, values from 10->15
