- added a notifications activated through a faction dialog (as usual)
- added a few faction reactions to the control of the unique galactic systems, such a "Tiyana Vek" and "Tiyun Ort"
- fixed the stucking of the gyanka after its creation, now when you create the first whale the herd policy will automatically be available and whale will start moving
- added whale tracking points activated after researching the "Entertainment Channel" technology by the old method (through the dialogue with the faction). The points are listed in the special project "Genesis Ark" in the event log.
- slightly redesigned inspiration brigades, added a vacation modifier to them. Brigades are now connected to the notification mechanism for easier tracking of their work.
- redesigned the mechanics of setting beacons on uninhabited planets in controlled systems (marking pastures). Now when you activate a planetary solution that creates a special project and them requires a science ship.
- The mechanism for the gyanki emergence has been slightly redesigned. Once the planetary solution is completed, a special project is now created, which requires a science ship with a level 3 or higher biologist. This will complicate the recruitment of the herd, while the cost of the decision to start the project has been changed (influence: from 200 to 50)

- English localization file is broken again, but no time to fix them (I think it will work, but you can see some of the plaques without description)
- added a policy for the ability to reconcile a herd of whales with amoebas and crystals (in case you have already reconciled with them and taught your whales to understand your commands)
- added a randomizer for repetitive events, because I personally sometimes get tired of reading the same thing over and over again.
- increased the number of random delays for the whales in target points, now they should not fly linearly

  • Mechanics of special projects seemed not very convenient for me and in this version I replaced it to planetary solutions
  • The algorithm of movement of whales is again rewritten (it starts to enter the habit). Fixed some issues with whales when player fast change herd solutions
  • The herd management is moved to the policy of the empire
  • Added limited control of free whale grazing through the planetary edicts on gas giants and inhabited colonies of your empire
  • Add new functionality for the herd bull, from now, they can find gas giants and tell other herd about grazing whale
  • A new pops faction participating in the project of the genesis, something will depend on the strength of its support
  • Add new building and new profession needed for macrogenesis project
  • A little fixes of surprise functionality, was addes accumulative effect and fixes permanent bonuses
