Hotfix for nauseating center-of-mass related vibration in the flatbed truck.

Fixed M2 Maxxpro metamorphosizing into a flatbed at distance.
Added partial wreck textures.
Added green and black reskins.
Added slingload support. (they're very heavy, most aircraft won't lift them!)
Added Mk19 animations.
