- removed adjacency bonus on Encampment to reduce the AI spamming the district.

updated Thanh graphics to work with new buildings. Default graphics are used for tier 2 and 3 buildings due to not having access to the assets, but the target range will appear with its own looks.

- addec compatibility with Campus Expansion (only minor code issues that had to be fixed, no gameplay changes)
- renamed Cavalier to Artillery Battery to avoid confusing it for something cavalry-related.

- added unique 3D buildings for the Target Range and Naval Base. Military Academy, Arsenal, and Prison now all give the Encampment slightly different graphics as well.
- added unique icons for all new and reworked buildings where multiple build choices exist
- fixed text error for XP Bonus from Naval Base (thanks to pauloel7 for finding out about it)
- added compatibility with mod: UC - Building Expansion (Light)
- Adjacency bonus from Quarries for Encampment now requires Prison. This reduces the intial potential for its adjacency bonus, which should make the AI no longer spam Encampments quite just as much, as it values production very highly.
