Reworked the Encampment buildings to avoid uninteresting choices and make it a bit less messy:
- Tier 1 buildings grant XP bonus to specific unit classes as before.
- All Tier 2 buildings now double the XP bonus of the Tier 1 building present. Tier 2 buildings no longer provide XP or production bonuses to specific unit classes beyond that.
- Armory now reduces strategic resource cost of training units by 50%. Multiplicative (!) with Magnus' Black Marketeer promotion.
- Military Academy grants free promotion to *all* land units; this is the only Encampment building granting a free promotion now.
- Ordnance Board now increases production of *all* land units by 50% now; this is the only Encampment building granting a general unit production bonus now.

- Fixed missing descriptions for support units.
- The file adding the Naval Base now actually loads if it is supposed to.
- restored Redux delete file.
- With More Maritime: Seaside Sectors: Naval Academy will now grant the free promotion it is supposed to.
- With More Maritime: Seaside Sectors: Naval unit bonus-XP ability descriptions now refer to the Arsenal buildings which actually grant these abilities instead of Harbor buildings as before.

Building changes:
- Arsenal is now Ordnance Board to avoid naming conflict with More Maritime: Seaside Sectors
- Artillery Battery is now Casemates

Some building type IDs were changed with the adjustments described above.

Updated model for the Naval Base, now appears where the Seaport usually does to make space for tier 2 building models

Minor balance tweaks mainly to yields, including in the Arsenal district
Barracks now grant only +25% experience boost like all other Encampment buildings

Some backend changes to how code is loaded

- Basilikoi Paides and Ordu are now valid buildings for creating Military Engineers.
- Gameplay changes of this mod no longer loaded with Golden Age, allowing it to access the assets added by this mod for use as desired.
- Added support for upcoming compatibility mod with Harmony in Diversity.

compatibility with "More Maritime: Seaside Sectors":
- Production bonus to naval units moved from Shipyard to Drydock (replaces XP bonus there)
- Naval Academy now also grants free starting promotion to naval units built in its city
- removed Naval Base building
- Arsenal district renamed to Naval Base district
- Specialist slots and specialist production bonus yield of Naval Academy set to +2 each
- slightly reduced Production yields of Drydock and Naval Academy; each now gives +3 Production
