Fixed stunning... sort of. It's kind of hard to pin down and the effect doesn't show up in Yet Another F1, but at least they usually fall down when you tag them. In hindsight I may have been a bit too ambitious for my own good.

Fixed a major issue in my SDK config that caused me to be testing using a different build than the one that got uploaded. Test and Prod are now synced properly.
Removed the SMG line in the XcomClassData INI. As SMGs use the rifle weaponcat, it does nothing
Fixed a typo that disabled the CPU's ability to use shotguns. Shutgun sounds like something Compa would come up with, doesn't it?
As pointed out by InterventoR, CPUs aren't powerful enough to be a "hero" class like Biotics or Jedi. Changed their deck config because I feel most players prefer balanced gameplay over RP
Fixed the bug that caused sidearm abilities to work with any sidearm
