Complete mod overhaul:
- Updated to latest ARK version
- Time trigger added (24h format)
- Unlimited messages support added
- Added color configuration for messages (RGB)
- Ini settings revised
- Display system overhauled
- Added server welcome message (will be shown to players who join)
IMPORTANT: There are new ini settings. All previous settings in GamerUserSettings.ini must be changed! (New settings: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/1854662596/1633040337748482602/)
