It may be that the mod has to come first. It should actually work without any problems.

I tried to put them to save-->config-->Windowsserver-->gameusersetting.ini but it doesnt work. I tried either welcome message and normal message @toni or someone else do you have any guidance?

@Toni It goes in the GameUserSettings.ini right? I just add the info after line #1 right?
