Slightly increased the damage that common and special infected take to the chest from firearms.

- Temporarily removed the no special infected gamemodes for bug fixing. The tank theme still starts up in certain finales and scripted areas and I'd like to see if I can find a way to fix that.

- First aid kits will now spawn in place of defibrillators, instead of just removing them entirely.

- Doubled the rate at which temp health decays.

- Fixed pistols having decreased spawn rates.
- Fixed pistols falling through tables (hopefully).
- Buffed sharp melee weapons against common infected.
- Witches now run faster when burning again (the same speed as a non-burning witch).
- Witches now take more damage from bullets and can be killed with four hits from melee weapons again.

- Fixed riot infected damage modifiers being set too low.
- Increased friendly fire damage to the torso and legs from pistols and SMGs to 40 (was 20).
- Decreased .50 caliber machine gun and minigun damage to 400 per shot (was 500).
