- Fixed colour with Prison dispenser

Nerfed fine paste and the fine paste dispenser as requested by the community
- Fine paste now takes 12 food instead of 6 actually making it cheaper to cook as it takes 10
- Fine paste now gives a +2 mood buff instead of a +5
