- Added +5 turns to initial attitude jump and +10 turns to final attitude for all treaties (to clarify: the max attitude benefit comes after +10 turns not +15). This slows down the speed at which friendships form which could sometimes create too many good relations, making it hard sometimes for factions to find allies to team up with. Not a huge change because it doesn't need it, just looking to tweak.

- Increased malus for taking a city by another 3 to further add "aggressive expansion" type penalty.

Update: 3 Oct, 2019 @ 3:27pm

Ongoing war lowered -10 (and -5 after 20 turns) to 0
Ongoing war resentful lowered -30 (and -20 after 20 turns) to 0

Really didn't make sense to get diplomatic hits from allies for someone else declaring war on you.

Lowered starting siege by -5 (puts siege back at original value) and conquering city by -7
Starting a battle made less serious by +5

Emphasize diplomatic shifts on the big events (cities) rather than little events like chasing down enemy generals in foreign territory. Greater penalties overall to compensate for ongoing war diplomatic shifts.

Update: 3 Oct, 2019 @ 11:19am

Increased most friendly toward enemy and hostile toward friend multipliers by -0.05 or -0.1.

Decreased most friendly friendly toward friend or hostile toward enemy multipliers by 0.05 or 0.1.

This will generally decrease the overly friendly nature of the game while still retaining the player's ability to play the diplomatic game effectively. This will probably need another round or two of fine tuning so more feedback is key!
