It's been almost a year since the last update! Stuff has been flying by ^^;
Kudos to Causeimapilot on discord for providing the feedback for this patch.

Fstrong
- active frames reduced (8 -> 6)
- hitbox adjusted

Star (Fspecial)
- hitbox size reduced (48x48 -> 30x30)
- tracking improved so the hitbox shouldn't lag behind the Star as much

Wall (Dspecial)
- now has 3 frames of wall splat
- players can now tech the wall, getting a wall tech instead of a bounce
- teched bounces do not use up a charge

Ftilt
- BKB increased (8 -> 10)
- KBS increased (.6 -> .8)
- base hitpause increased (8 -> 10)
- hitbox adjusted to be slightly lower

RCS Anti-Stalling Patch
Patch was made with feedback from the ExW balance team to reduce the stalling potential with the kit. Will continue to keep a close eye on it at the tournament approaches.

General Stats:
- Max fall speed reduced (11 -> 9)
- Max fastfall speed reduced (13 -> 11)

Dair:
- Every consecutive use will reduce the vertical gain by 1 until landing

Dstrong:
- Removed jumpcancel
- Ending the move now always gives endlag (9 if hsp threshold not met, 15 if met)

Uspecial:
- Can no longer be shield-canceled
- Startup now slows velocity (easier to punish)
- Endlag has normal gravity
