Hello! Quick polish patch and to optimize code to make use of the new functions:

Balance:

Dspecial no longer requires having a charge to use (it doesn't depleted a charge, but it still required 1)


Visual:

Added Otto by Muno support!

Added a secret taunt. You won't see it very often, and I doubt you really want to see it..

Added CSS info template, by Muno

Replaced the Valentine's skin with the OG color palette from R-00 1.0

Removed Genesis skin idle animation jitter (made certain animations hard to read sometimes)

Added Glass & Wireframe skins!

Fixed color changing code with the new functions. Rainbow stripes and articles are properly colored now!


Bugfix:

Fixed a bug which caused flight charges to rapidly decrease if hit during nspecial activation

Fixed a bug which caused star to clip through the stage on spawn

Fixed a bug with fspecial hitboxes lingering into endlag

Star transfers 1/5th of damage from knockback hits to R-00 (Either this, or a weight nerf - this seems to cue into the counterplay better)
Star hitbox disabled for 20 frames upon galaxy (no longer steal kills)
Star now counts each hitbox as a separate hit (properly applies hitpause and hit effects to multihits)

Fspecial with Star out makes it return much faster instead of spawning a new one (keeps hitbox state)
Star can be collected when returning fast,giving a charge
If Star is hit, it exits fast return

Dspecial is no longer hitable. Instead, each charge is a bounce
Dspecial spawns inside R-00 and bounces R-00 upon spawn

Uair3 & 4 angles changed (45 -> 361)

Dair kb & scaling increased (4 & .4 -> 5 & .5)
Dair endlag decreased (12 -> 10)

Fair2 angle reduced (70 -> 60)
