R-00 3.9 Patch Notes:
Improved animations: Jump, Dattack
Simplified wall bounce conditions: Attacking, Hitstun, Pratfall, or Projectile.
Star now decelerates faster when near an enemy. Easier to start combos, and easier to get out.

Dattack startup & endlag increased (10->12, 12->15)
Dair startup increased (7->8)
DStrong HSP base knockback decreased (1/1.2->1/1.3) (at hsp 9, base knockback reduced from 7.5 -> 7. at hsp 13, base knockback reduced from 10.8 -> 10)

Fixed flashing battery bug (for good?)
Fixed sound effects & timing for moves
Optimized Star performance
Optimized the Christmas skin

R-00 Patch 3.7 Notes:

- Replaced FStrong Sandbert WHAH with an ancient reference.
- Fixed hit vfx displaying wrong colors
- Fixed flashy battery on death
- Reduced fast fall speed (15 -> 13)

- Max Double Jumps is now 3
- Double Jumps now cost 1 charge
- Fspecial has a new deactivated sprite for when the hitbox is not active
- Fspecial now has a different hit vfx & sfx
- Fspecial no longer has a hitbox when the opponent is in hitpause
- Fspecial hitbox no longer ignores projectiles (still priority 1)
- Fspecial hitbox no longer applies hit lockout (can hit people out of fspecial)
- FSpecial hitbox knockback increased (6 -> 8)

Shoutouts to the EWS for showcasing R-00! Overall, R-00 is in a great spot balance-wise, All R-00s were on the cusp of top 8.
Give it time, character will break though!

That being said, R-00 NEEDS to be easier to understand and play - changes until January will try to alleviate that. Any suggestions send my way!

- December = Christmas skin is now in! (brown and white on selection)
- NSpecial & USpecial now consume 1 charge instead of all of them. One use per airtime. (and is now properly disabled at zero)
- NSpecial now waits till speed adjustments can be made before use (early inputs don't get stuffed)
- DSpecial now resets VSP if falling (Will add special sprites for this state)
- DSpecial now has a 1 second cooldown
- UStrong no longer consumes all charges
- FStrong headbox has a shallower angle (no longer ridiculous at ledge)
- Dash attack no longer has the reverse hit (it sends forwards at the same angle now)
- Dashing only grants the large hurbox after being in dash proper
- Utilt hitboxes adjusted, angle changed to 80 (a bit bigger & harder to fail)
- If you hold attack through Nair, you will repeat Nair.
- Intro no longer clips platforms (Shoutouts to Wishdream for that fix)
- Misc. Bug fixes
- Misc animation updates
