R-00 no longer gains charges passively
Gain 1 charge every time R-00 or star hits something (player, article, etc; NOT terrain)
All attacks which give instant speed boosts now take a charge (dattack, ustrong, uair, dair, nspecial)
Uspecial & Nspecial can be used without charges
Uspecial endlag doubled (7 -> 14) if used without a charge
Nspecial 30% weaker when used without charges (once per refresh still applies)
Added TCO support
Max Djumps changed to 99 (have fun!)

Dattack hsp boost moved to 12 frames after activation
Dattack hsp increased (7 ->12) (to offset the nerf a bit. Slower than before)
Ustrong can now be used out of dattack window 2 (when the boost is applied)

Nspecial activation reduces ground friction for 20 frames (.5 -> .5, .4 after Nspecial)
Dstrong grounded accel reduced (.5 -> .4)

Wall now only bounces projectiles, star, and during hitstun

Star hitbox alignment fixed
Star now gets hit once by a hitbox when hit (Star kb, & movement has been adjusted to reflect this change)
Star now spawns hitbox hit effect and plays the hit sound
Star disable time increased (10 -> 60)

Grounded side-b now throws star right in front of R-00 again

Side-b throw speed slightly decreased (20->15) [Star is now put about a forward shorthop + 1 star length away]

This update is a bit experimental. Let me know if any of these changes need to be reverted.

Added Trummel Tattle!

Star is now very slow on return - stays mostly in one spot when near, inches towards otherwise.
Star now bounces off of wall
Star can no longer be collected by R-00. Instead, star becomes inactive when colliding R-00.
Added Star deactivation SFX
