BOMBS:
-Finisher blast radius sweetspot is larger, 140 -> 160
-Finisher base knockback increased, 9 -> 10

F-SPECIAL:
-Bomb detonation hitbox is now a rounded rectangle instead of a circle.
-You can now influence the horizontal movement of the reticle slightly, speeding up or slowing down.
-The reticle now travels at a flat 9 pixels per frame, rather than starting slow and increasing to 10.
-Vertical reticle movement increased, 1.5 -> 3

JAB:
-Jab 1 endlag lowered, 12 -> 8
-Jab 1 now has whiff lag.
-Jab 1 now forces flinching on grounded opponents.
-Jab 1 angle lowered, 80 -> 40
-Jab 1 knockback scaling increased, 0.07 -> 0.2
-Jab 1 hitpause increased, 2 -> 3
-Jab 2 endlag lowered, 16 -> 12
-Jab 2 now has whiff lag.
-Jab 2 angle lowered, 80 -> 40
-Jab 2 base knockback increased, 6 -> 8
-Jab 2 hitpause increased, 4 -> 5
I've been neglecting Jab for a while, not including some standards other characters have.

UTILT:
-The larger hitbox now has lower priority; the lower hitbox has had slightly higher base knockback (7.5 vs. 7.2) so it should be slightly stronger now.

DTILT:
-Startup now has custom ground friction, 0.02
-Active window now has custom ground friction, 0.05

FTILT:
-Base knockback increased, 4 -> 7
-Knockback scaling lowered, 0.6 -> 0.4

MISC/FLAVOR:
-Various attacks (fair, dash, etc) now have stronger hit sounds.
-Bombs now have a smoke trail.
-Getting hit by a bomb now has a lingering smoke effect.

This patch should make bombs more reliable to follow up on, especially with the buffed F-special.
