Initial upload.

Replaced most structure meshes as none were aligned properly in original map, many were wrong size/type.
Merged many meshes.
Removed two sections from original map as they were too poorly constructed to salvage.
Fixed lighting.
Added culling for optimization.
Added 4 SYG objectives.
