This makes ftilt not ultra reliable as a combo tool at every percent but still very good at low percents, and can connect into side b if the opponent doesn't airdodge on DI/Drift DI out

Utilt - Adjusted hitbox timing to better match animation. Reduced side hitbox sizes

FStrong hitpause no longer sends forward :(

DStrong - Increased hitbox size
DStrong1 BKB 6 -> 7, KBS .8 -> .85
DStrong2 remains the same strength

This makes the move more of a finisher as a combo tool but not because of the absurd hitstun, but it's own strength

Nair - Reduced hitbox size in every direction
Endlag 4 -> 8
Landing lag 8 -> 6

Fair - Middle hitbox now sends outwards like the top hit, bottom hit spike slightly stronger to compensate for being harder to hit
Endlag 9 -> 12

BAir1 has less disjoint
BKB 6 -> 7
KBS 0.9 -> 0.75
Endlag 10 > 13
Changed SFX to be more clear that it is a strong move

DAir bkb 3 -> 4
DAir no longer grabs grounded opponents
DAir forces flinch on the first few hits so they stay on the ground

Uair - Reduced both hitbox sizes horizontally and vertically, repositioned to better match animation
Extended hurtbox on tail animation to reduce vertical disjoint
Reduced animation time to make the move finish earlier, controlling space for less time
Endlag 6 -> 9, Move is now 1 frame faster overall

Added this Changelog in the menu

Cleaned up overall code to run faster
