Fixed a bug where Hikaru can fakie herself by parrying her own projectile that was reflected by the opponent

Fakie NSpecial can now be reflected by parrying
All variants of NSpecial will now reset their lifetime upon being reflected by parry

FSpecial now has 23 frames of startup, from the previous 15 frames
FSpecial now has 18 frames of endlag, from the previous 24
Slightly altered FSpecial sprites
Fakie FSpecial will now not put Hikaru in pratfall, but will now consume fakie

Fakie DSpecial cancel will put a 2 second (120 frame) timer on Hikaru
During the countdown, Hikaru cannot use DSpecial
Once the countdown has ended, Hikaru will lose fakie
Hikaru can use her fakie for any other attack before the countdown ends

Jab3 no longer has forward and backward dash
Jab3 has slightly higher horizontal speed, from 20 to 23

FAir2's angle has been changed from 314 to 30
FAir2 now has 1 higher priority over FAir3 and FAir4

DAir can no longer be cancelled into Airdodge or NAir

Clones now use the walk animation and change direction they're facing when moving
