NSpecial can be fired faster by tapping special again, or attack, before the charging animation
NSpecial 1-3 can be fired even with fakie by using the above input
NSpecial3 will not automatically fire anymore (you can use NSpec 6 because of this)
NSpecial 4-6 now has 6 bkb, from 5 before

FSpecial's pratlandtime has been reduced to 21 from 27

USpecial and DSpecial cancelled hyperjumps will now give 14 frames of invincibility * 1.5 (same number of frames Hikaru rises * 1.5)
USpecial cancelled hyperjumps will no longer put Hikaru in pratfall

DSpecial can now be B reversed out of Jab3 charge
