Fixes
-Implemented new voicepacks for Tactical/Assault/Devastator marines. The old ones were not set to use the Voice SFX master which meant they were not affected by the voice volume slider like they should have been. The old Space Marine voicepack is no longer needed and will be removed from the requirements list.
-Fixed similar sound issue for Sentinel gun. It will now be affected by the Sound Effects volume slider.
-Tweaked Assault Marine and Battle Sister Seraphim AI to fix their not performing attacks after using “teleportation” abilities. It appears that the Assault Marine is still bugged during destroy/defend the device guerilla ops and will not engage in melee like it’s supposed to. I’ve spent a few days researching the issue and I’m still not sure what the cause is.
-Fixed error that would have prevented the Space Marine Captain (originally Archon King) from using his Quake ability.
-Renamed Alien rulers
-Renamed Advent’’s “Teleport” ability to “Relocate”

Improvements and Balance Adjustments
-Sentinel has a voicepack now.
-Reduced Terminator mobility.
