Minor change for preview image to appear properly

From feedback from kanada10 on SR Universe forum :

- changed some protrait references as i still had some differences between my Seattle and UGC files.

- (re) Validated the Content pack dependencies. This might be a major issue because i had changed the dependencies then...not sure i had validated again. *crosses fingers*

- I'm pretty sure that some trouble can come from "Futuristic Stairs". This is a prop from "More Staris & doors", so, if dependencies validation is now correct and if you subscribed to this, it should be available in your game, as intended.

Added some black fillers to some maps

Corrected a "critical" map where NPCs where standing on FX 8x8 water tiles with no ground tile under. Replaced them by 4x4 tuiles and removed the actors from the water.
Too bad for the...immersion, but maybe better for the game ?

Modified some maps with black fillers, reajusted some camera regions.

Found a out-of map merchant "floating" (no ground) so i replaced it on a ground tile.
Modified some inventories
