Balance changes:

* Changed some base stats
Many base stats were tweaked as they were still Sandbert stats. Many of these were small adjustments, but the main changes that affect gameplay are:
+ short_hop_speed: 6 -> 5 (slightly easier to perform SH aerials)
- knockback_adj: 1.05 -> 1.10 (less weight)

* Fixed up Fspec animations
+ Added an early, stronger hitbox for the first 6 frames of the hitbox on Fspec
- Fspec startup: 14 -> 21
* Fspec base knockback (early): 7
* Fspec knockback growth (early): 0.6
* Fspec damage (early): 12
* Fspec base knockback (normal): 7
* Fspec knockback growth (normal): 0.4
* Fspec damage (normal): 8
Fspec is now used as a way to put opponents into disadvantage, not so great at killing due to the large startup and low kbg (still good at edgeguarding tho). Slight pullback at the start of the move makes it slightly safer to use.

* Fixed up Dair animations
* Dair hitboxes adjusted to match animation
Dair had a janky offset on the animation and hitbox, it has been fixed. Now Dair animation and hitbox should appear roughly directly underneath the character.

* Using Dspec to pick up a WT on the ground now uses a Dtilt animation and attack.
* Distance used to determine whether Goose can pick up WT now centered on Goose's head instead of its body. (shifted forwards)


Other:
* Added The Chosen One drawing support
* FINALLY got rid of black bars on preview image. Took long enough.

* Fixed a bug where the 7th colour palette would only spawn 1 colour WT, and could spawn an unlimited amount.

v2.1

Re-sprite update.
* Many sprites have been adjusted/updated to fix some shading inconsistencies or to improve the animation quality of a certain move.

Balance Changes:

- Ftilt startup: 12 -> 14
- Fstrong endlag: 20 -> 32
- Fstrong sweetspot moved backwards.
Ftilt startup increased mainly to improve quality to the animation (more windup frames). Fstrong endlag increased as it was very fast before (almost as fast as Ftilt). Also Fstrong sweetspot was quite disjointed, even from the umbrella, so moved it backwards a bit.

- Fspec endlag: 15 -> 20
- Fspec cannot be jump-canceled on the ground.
- Fspec hitbox size decreased
- Added cooldown to Fspec (60 frames)
Fspec was very safe before, especially on hit, so endlag increased. Similarly, jump cancelling made Fspec very powerful as a movement option, so removing jump cancelling on the ground should alleviate that a bit (kept jump-cancelling in the air so offstage edgeguards are less risky). Also hitbox size was way too big, so shrunk it to better fit the animation. Cooldown added to stop degenerate playstyles.

+ WT Uair front hitbox startup: 13 -> 11
- WT Uair front hitbox lifetime: 6 -> 2
- WT Uair top hitbox lifetime: 6 -> 4
These changes make Uair hitboxes with the WT more consistent with the animation.

- Dair base knockback: 6 -> 5
- Dair knockback scaling: 0.4 -> 0.3
Dair was still a very strong (and safe if positioned right) spiking move, so reduced knockback should make it less potent.

- Nair hitbox size decreased
Nair hitboxes were a bit too big for the animation, now hitboxes better matches animation.

* Utilt hitboxes (normal and WT) split into 2 separate hitboxes
- Utilt lifetime: 6 -> 3
* Utilt angle: 90 -> 80
Utilt hitboxes now better match the animation, and reduce the overall size of the hitboxes. Launch angle also changed to prevent Utit from chaning into itself as easily, and easier to DI out of possible followups.

* Air hurtbox adjusted
Double jump got a large animation rework, so air hurtbox size was ajdusted to match.


Other:
* Added codec support for Trummel and Alto
* Added a 7th colour palette. I wonder who it could be referencing...

WT attack stat changes normalised.

* All attacks where Goose attacks using his WT will have the same stat changes:
- base knockback multiplied by 0.9
- knockback scaling multiplied by 0.9
- damage multiplied by 0.8
* Attacks affected by this: Jab, Ftilt, Utilt, Dtilt, Fair, Uair, Dair, Dattack.
* WT strong attack throws use the WT hitboxes for the main hit.
* All patch notes from now on will be referring to the normal version of moves, the WT versions will always follow the above formulas based on the original moves. Changes related to other aspects (eg hitbox size) will still be noted as normal or WT versions.


Balance Changes:

+ Fstrong sourspot knockback scaling: 0.6 -> 0.8
+ Fstrong sweetspot base knockback: 8 -> 9
+ Dstrong 1/2 knockback scaling: 0.6 -> 0.8

* Fair 3 knockback scaling: 0.2 -> 0.5
* Jab knockback scaling: 0 -> 0.1
* gravity_speed: 0.42 -> 0.4
* fast_fall: 16 -> 14


Other:

* Changed/updated some animations to make them smoother and feel better
* Fixed some visual glitches with spawning WTs
* WT throwing with Fstrong and Ustrong can be angled slightly

* WT honks now stun opponents instead of launching them. Stun time is dependent on charge level and player percent. Players are not launched after the stun time is over.
* WTs can now be destroyed by enemy hitboxes (physical only, not projectile).

Walkie Talkie bugfixes:
- Goose and walkie talkies should now not interact/intefere with other characters' articles.
- Upon death, Goose will only delete its own set of walkie talkies, no other articles.
- Multiple gooses' walkie talkies should function properly without intefering with each other.
