-Added “+”s to arrays in configs. Missing “+”s were probably leading to Dark Eldar sitreps not triggering for certain mission types.
-Fixed issue causing Wracks to stand as if holding rifles during green alert conditions (would affect Dark Eldar Domination sitreps only).

Features
-Added support for Raider Faction Bases.
-Faction may now be reassigned. (XComGameData and XComEncounters ini files)
-New Haemonculus unit.
-Added Dark Eldar Domination sitrep: replaces Advent units on the map with Dark Eldar units.

Fixes and Adjustments
-Replaced Wych and Succubus models.
-Gave Succubus Shadowstep, removed lightning reflexes.
-Removed Advent flag from Dark Eldar units.
-Added Alien flag to grotesques.
-Changed template name of the Archon’s pistol (It formerly shared a name with the vanilla Archon alien's weapon)
-Scourges now jump on reveal.
-Reduced reinforcement ability charges to 1.
-Fixed missing mesh for the Incubus' weapon.
-Made various assets physics-enabled.
-Removed Dark Eldar Archon from Encounter Lists. Will now only appear in the boss pod of the Raider Faction Bases Destroy HQ mission. Unit has been buffed to fit the boss role. (Spoiler: he has additional HP will take actions when hit)
