Fixed the five random tiles that still showed as Africa, a mistaken holdover from an earlier version.

Fixed two random African continent tiles in NC and TX/NM areas on TSL map. Added Scotland to TSL map with start-location near Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Reverted back to Nov. 24th version, which still has the two random Africa tiles but appears to still have functional start locations.
