Hopefully fixed issue with wyverns not getting aggresive when picking up their eggs

Update:

WNRQ has changed name to Scratchy Claws
- All flyers is now updated, with a new ini-headline
* To simplify all my mods, they will use the same [ScratchyClaws]
* REMEMBER to change it in your GameUserSettings.ini

- Due to conflicts with other mods, I have removed the costom saddles
* ALL flyers now require Vanilla saddles
* The Universal Saddle/Armor still remains, and can be used on these + Vanilla + other modded that uses vanilla tag
- Griffin, Wyvern and Phoenix

- Added ini to disable Griffins to be able to use weapons from
* As default it is ON
* EnableWeaponGriffin=True

- Changed so all fertilized eggs can be eaten
* You now need to confirm before using

- Now only the Fire wyverns spawn 5% of Project-K's wyvern
* Hopefully it will reduce overspawn on Ragnarok

- Re-checked all flyers "Dino Caracter" file, to make sure they can level Speed

* If you have one of these tamed, they might not have the correct config,
Try eigther upload to obelisk, cryo or install the Dino Storage mod and put them in a soulball
(Soulball is specific made to fix stuf like this)


TESTING:

Crystal Wyverns:
- Unchecked "Check is Agressive from spawner"
* Should prevent messing up at the desert trench on CI
* will prevent the "Heir" version
* Should lay eggs as the "heir" do/did
* They should be able to be tamed normally

- Added ability to allow more frequently Spin-attack, on Ptero
* New INI-config

- Added Valguero Ice wyvern
* (Apparently when he added it, he just copied Rag's, and didnt rename.

- *FIXED* Argent speed bugged

- Finish with new ini-config on all flyers
